My adventure begins in Vancouver – taking the ferry across to Victoria is always such a great way to start any journey.  From Victoria I take a leisurely drive to Beaver Lake Resort.  This beautiful little place is so well run.  I even made a video in the bathroom, I was so impressed!  I spend my first night camped here and the next day, after lunch in Lake Cowichan, make my way to Naniamo – spending the night at the terrific Living Forrest Oceanside Campground and RV Park!  They’re situated right at the mouth of the river in Nanaimo – What a sunset.
